Here you’ll find all the information you need about how the Challenge works, what you can expect, and what you need to do today and as you progress.
This is also your first port of call for support, expert information on weight loss, and tips and tricks that will help you during and after the 12-week Challenge.
The fact you’re here at all suggests you’re ready to make some important and positive changes to your eating and lifestyle habits.
WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
The idea behind Australia’s Greatest Weight Loss Challenge is simple. By registering, you’re making a 12-week commitment to healthier eating and lifestyle habits, and setting yourself on a realistic and rewarding path to long-term weight loss.
Australia’s Greatest Weight Loss Challenge runs from weekly right throughout the year
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
All participants are encouraged to officially register for the Challenge here online, and, at the end of the 12-week period, the top three weight loss competitors (by %) will win the Prize pool the maximum amount is $599
Following registration, participants are required to visit their nearest GP to verify their weight and measurements. As there is a considerable prize pool we need to be able to prove your starting and end weight
Although Herbalife is a major sponsor of the Challenge, there is no obligation to join or purchase any products.
Throughout the Challenge - you’ll receive emails to help keep you positive, motivated and losing weight. You’ll also be sent links to weekly videos of actual weight loss challenges held at different venues throughout Australia
At the end of the Challenge, you’ll need to visit a GP and have your official “final” weight recorded. The top 3 participants will receive cash prizes. Depending on the size of the pool we may give out additional prize money or products as encouragement awards
